Job Description:
This position will be responsible for the creative conception,
development and execution of a variety of communication vehicles,
including but not limited to packaging, merchandising materials,
advertising and sales collateral. Must apply technical knowledge of
the basic tools (computers, software and general graphic design
principles), along with strategic insight to create impactful
solutions that communicate required information in the most palatable
way possible. Ability to begin with a general list of information
requirements and manage their placement, color, type treatment and
size to develop an information hierarchy that optimizes the intended
message to the consumer or audience. In the conceptual phase, they
work closely as a team, solicit feedback from each other and seek
final approval from management. Throughout the creative development
process, make decisions to get to a final result that is then reviewed
for final marketing team approval. During the development review
process, provide rationalization on the choices they made on their own
work, in addition to providing constructive feedback on their peer’s.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree, preferably in Graphic Design
* 3+ years experience working in Graphic Design
* Experience working in a cross functional environment
* Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Quark Express
* Total Quality Culture Oriented
* Superior leadership and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
