Sponsored Studios
We collaborate with sponsors from outside NC State University College of Design to develop creative products and services based on a particular theme or a series of ideas introduced by the sponsor.
It is fundamental that students and faculty collaborate with industry to share design principles and thoughts about technology and future trends. The level of engagement between undergraduate and graduate students participating in sponsored studios are enhanced by the active participation of industry sponsors. This collective approach increases the creative and innovative experience and reflects the increasingly blurred edges of multimedia art and design.
The goal of supporting cross-disciplinary creative approaches to various related projects is synergistic, educational and innovative.
