CDE and NCSGI Sponsor NC Serious Games Workshop

The Center for Digital Entertainment (CDE) and the North Carolina Serious Games Initiative will host the Workshop on Collaboration in the North Carolina Serious Game Space at the Friday Institute on May 2, 2006.
This event will bring together academics and industry R&D firms working in the serious games area; presentations by faculty will highlight their research; presentations by industry firms will highlight their R&D efforts in serious games.
Discussion periods will provide the opportunity for both communities to learn about each other’s work, common interests and the potential for joint efforts in the development of serious games. Attendance is by invitation only.
