Their initial investment enables our organization to pilot the USA Fellows program, awarding <span style=\"font-style:italic;\">unrestricted<\/span> $50,000 grants to fifty artists each year beginning in 2006.<\/p>\n<p>USA wants to provide funding that will give artists the means to reflect upon and further develop their art.
