Job Description:<\/p>\n
This position will be responsible for the creative conception,
\ndevelopment and execution of a variety of communication vehicles,
\nincluding but not limited to packaging, merchandising materials,
\nadvertising and sales collateral. Must apply technical knowledge of
\nthe basic tools (computers, software and general graphic design
\nprinciples), along with strategic insight to create impactful
\nsolutions that communicate required information in the most palatable
\nway possible. Ability to begin with a general list of information
\nrequirements and manage their placement, color, type treatment and
\nsize to develop an information hierarchy that optimizes the intended
\nmessage to the consumer or audience. In the conceptual phase, they
\nwork closely as a team, solicit feedback from each other and seek
\nfinal approval from management. Throughout the creative development
\nprocess, make decisions to get to a final result that is then reviewed
\nfor final marketing team approval. During the development review
\nprocess, provide rationalization on the choices they made on their own
\nwork, in addition to providing constructive feedback on their peer’s.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements:<\/p>\n
* Bachelors Degree, preferably in Graphic Design
\n* 3+ years experience working in Graphic Design
\n* Experience working in a cross functional environment
\n* Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Quark Express
\n* Total Quality Culture Oriented
\n* Superior leadership and communication skills
\n* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously<\/p>\n
