What you would do:<\/p>\n
* Be a positive and creative member of the account management team.
\n* Work with clients to design email newsletters and related collateral
\n* Produce Flash-based product demos and tutorials to educate clients
\non how to use a sophisticated web application.
\n* Assist other members of the team with arcane XHTML, web page
\ndesign, and general web questions.<\/p>\n
What you need to have:<\/p>\n
* Exceptional design, layout and production skills with an emphasis
\non balancing creativity with practicality
\n* Strong experience with \u00c3\u00bdhand coding\u00c3\u00bd XHTML and CSS
\n* Proficiency with Flash to create product demos and tutorials
\n* Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n* 4-year degree; design or multimedia majors a plus
\n* 2 or more years of web design experience
\n* US Resident<\/p>\n
